Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Cloud DevSecOps/SRE): Lead and grow a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team to ensure stability, scalability, and security for a platform hosting critical AI and Machine Learning services with an accent on Kubernetes, CI/CD + GitOps, and regulated-environment security. Focus on designing long-term cloud architecture, operating ML/LLM services reliably, and expanding IaC-based provisioning for repeatable deployments.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team for cloud applications (AI, MLOps, Data).
• Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Develop and manage Kubernetes environments (Anthos, OCP, Istio, Helm).
• Expand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable cloud provisioning (Terraform).
• Ensure security, data access, and compliance in a regulated environment (IAM, networking, secrets, auditability).
• Improve reliability and scalability for production ML/LLM services and implement modern platform enhancements (Observability, FinOps, AI platform improvements).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical leader in Cloud / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering or SRE.
• Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge (architecture, networking, autoscaling, security) and cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and GitOps (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Strong Linux and cloud experience (GCP highly preferred).
• Solid observability knowledge and experience operating ML/LLM models in production (availability, latency, rollbacks, versioning).
• Deep understanding of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in regulated organizations.
