What you will do

• Own EMEA pipeline targets and execute country-level GTM plans by segment and channel.
• Drive GTM plays based on local buying behavior, channels, and competitive dynamics to determine win/loss factors.
• Optimize full-funnel efficiency (MQL → SQL → pipeline) by identifying and fixing leaks in messaging and targeting.
• Grow regional pipeline through paid channels, events, partnerships, affiliates, and field marketing.
• Build and execute 30/60/90 day plans for underperforming markets.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Sales, and Global Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in GTM or growth marketing within B2D or DevTool companies (selling to developers).
• Deep familiarity with EMEA markets, including local buying behaviors and competitive nuances.
• Strong market research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
• Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role).
• English: Fluent (C1) spoken and written.
• AI-native approach, defaulting to AI tools to increase productivity and output quality.
