What you will do

• Manage guest welcoming, entrance flow, and reception area maintenance.
• Act as the primary focal point for employees regarding workspace needs, facilities, and equipment.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and technical setup.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoice uploads, inventory management, and supplier payments.
• Oversee office parking and coordinate visitor access and security protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reception, secretarial, or office coordination roles.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel.
