What you will do

• Lead global employee and executive travel operations, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
• Plan and execute company off-sites, meetups, and strategic events worldwide.
• Manage travel vendors, negotiate agreements, and optimize supplier relationships.
• Own travel budgets, monitor spending, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to drive data-driven operational decisions.
• Implement AI tools and automation to improve travel processes and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Travel Management, Event Operations, or Business Operations.
• Proven experience managing complex global travel programs and compliance.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive proactive planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
