What you will do
- Lead the TSM function by hiring top talent and fostering their growth as primary technical advocates for strategic customers.
- Collaborate with leaders in Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to enhance the customer experience.
- Engage directly with key customers to analyze AI workloads, identify pain points, and define future requirements.
- Define and monitor KPIs to eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate operational speed.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in software/systems engineering, solutions architecture, technical program management, or delivery management.
- 7+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, etc.) or eligible for U.S. Government export regulations authorization.
- Ability to travel up to 30% annually.
