Location: Remote (Europe). Visa sponsorship available for Germany; for other countries, existing right to work is required.

What you will do
- Build and lead the Forward Deployment function and team from scratch, transitioning from a player-coach to a full leadership role.
- Define account selection, scope engagements, and execute 5-day on-site boot camps for enterprise customers.
- Map customer organizational dynamics to identify champions and decision-makers to drive adoption.
- Codify successful engagements into a reusable playbook library to make deployments faster and more scalable.
- Establish a critical feedback loop between field experience and Product teams to resolve technical blockers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in forward deployment, implementation leadership, or technical customer success at a high-growth B2B software company.
- Track record of driving measurable adoption outcomes on-site with large enterprise customers.
- Technical fluency in architecture and the ability to demo credibly to CTO-level stakeholders.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching technical customer-facing talent.
- English: Fluent (C1+) required.
- Must be based in or have the right to work in the listed European countries.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
- Experience with automation, workflow, integration, or DevOps tools.
- Experience building new functions or operating models from scratch (zero-to-one leadership).
