Sr. Business Development Specialist (Insurance): Driving growth and enhancing agency and partner relationships to increase premium production with an accent on small business Workers' Comp and Specialty packages. Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA. US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: $78,000 – $107,250 + 25% incentive

What you will do
- Build and enhance relationships within the assigned agent and partner base to increase brand awareness and educate them on 's products.
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize agent output and increase premium production.
- Collaborate with underwriting to solution deal terms, pricing, and commission changes to successfully win business.
- Engage daily with prospective and current partners through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Analyze partner operations to identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product offerings.
- Mentor and coach other team members while managing special marketing and onboarding projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in admitted insurance underwriting, business development, or sales.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sacramento, CA.
- Must have valid US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV Motor Vehicle Record.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
