Salary: $70,000 - $160,000

What you will do

  • Partner with the VP RBD to execute regional business development strategy and sales priorities.
  • Manage regional pipelines, including lead development and opportunity progression.
  • Conduct targeted research to identify corporate prospects and referral opportunities aligned with regional strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-divisional commercial activity with Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Private Wealth Management.
  • Develop customized sales materials and support RFP and information-security responses.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to RBD analysts and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in institutional sales or relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence C-Suite decision-makers at large corporate organizations.
  • Must be based in the US (Boston or Chicago)
