What you will do

• Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to understand client risk landscapes and business context.
• Drive revenue growth and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Qualify opportunities related to cybersecurity risk, compliance, and resilience.
• Develop high-level solution designs and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales or security consulting.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, RMF, and ISO.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and owning revenue.
• Ability to communicate complex security risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud security, Zero Trust, or network/EDGE security.
• Experience leading complex bids and large-scale customer engagements.
