What you will do

• Support the full sales cycle including TDDs, POVs, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to specific customer environments.
• Conduct competitive research and address customer objections with technical insights.
• Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, and customers.
• Contribute to the SE WIKI by developing technical documentation and demo scripts.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in hiring and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and one Benelux language (Dutch, French, or Luxembourgish) required
• Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and broader security landscape.
• Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas persuasively.
• Proactive, self-sufficient work ethic with an organized and analytical mindset.
• Must be based in the UK or Benelux region
