What you will do

• Build and maintain security automation workflows and playbooks in SOAR platforms.
• Develop PowerShell and Python scripts for security enrichment, remediation, and forensic functions.
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI services into automated pipelines to enhance detection capabilities.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of automated workflows before production deployment.
• Maintain version control of scripts and workflows using Git platforms.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 2+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with SOAR platforms and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with JSON, Regular Expressions, and Git version control.
• Understanding of incident detection and response workflows in SOC/MDR environments.

Nice to have

• Falcon SOAR or LogScale experience.
• Experience with containerized environments like Docker.
• Familiarity with AI workflow frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or MITRE ATT&CK.
