What you will do
- Design and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs and UI components.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and pytest.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
- Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps to ensure system reliability.
- Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Validate performance and latency for real-time voice and conversational AI workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA, testing web applications and API-driven systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST API testing and automation.
- Proficiency in Python and pytest for test automation.
- Experience with UI test automation using Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS services and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI/LLM, voice agents, or conversational systems.
- Background in SIP, WebRTC, or contact center/IVR testing.
- Knowledge of latency and performance validation metrics.
- Exposure to contract testing or mock services.
- SQL skills for test data validation.
