What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated performance tests for new and existing product functionality.
• Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and investigate system issues.
• Monitor application and service performance in AWS during test execution.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to support performance improvements.
• Maintain and enhance existing performance test suites.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including test planning and backlog refinement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Upper-Intermediate English level required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with Scala.
