What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-driven gaming software tools.
• Define and implement monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and licensing models.
• Drive 0→1 product development from concept validation and MVP definition to initial scaling.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Partner with technical and GTM teams to identify upsell opportunities and improve sales velocity.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, funnels, and user feedback to optimize adoption and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in gaming, developer software, or related technical domains.
• Proven track record of launching at least two recognized public-facing products or features.
• Strong understanding of PC game development tools, workflows, and the market landscape.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
• Demonstrated experience with go-to-market execution and monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Unity and Unreal Engine.
