What you will do

• Drive the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, including scoping, tool research, solution design, testing, and rollout.
• Embed AI tools into real business workflows to drive measurable productivity gains.
• Manage delivery and progress tracking for high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Build lightweight dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify and resolve collaboration friction across teams to drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney) with demonstrable use cases.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in internet, content, e-commerce, or growth-related roles.
• Background in cross-functional project management or initiative delivery.
