What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy, solution design, and roadmap for Kai AI assistant.
- Partner with engineering and design to build scalable AI features and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with commercial, legal, and finance teams to navigate regulatory and operational complexity.
- Leverage customer feedback and production data to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Manage trade-offs between long-term AI vision and near-term growth, balancing model quality, accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Lead the extension of Kai into new verticals and agentic use cases from concept to launch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience within Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within a STEM field.
- Proven track record working with advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and LLM.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights.
- Must be based in San Francisco or Singapore.
