What you will do

• Develop and institutionalize the multi-year global product strategy and actionable roadmaps.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end, including active participation in M&A and PMI activities.
• Incubate zero-to-one strategic initiatives to prove commercial viability before transitioning them to product groups.
• Conduct sophisticated market analysis and data modeling to identify disruptive opportunities and market white space.
• Design and govern Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) frameworks, OKR tracking, and prioritization processes.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in highly analytical roles, ideally combining top-tier strategy consulting with B2B Fintech leadership.
• Mastery of first-principles thinking and advanced analytical problem-solving.
• Proven track record of driving strategy formulation and operational change in global, multi-product organizations.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills for synthesizing complex concepts for C-level audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
