What you will do

• Define messaging frameworks for event registration campaigns, emails, and attendee journeys.
• Manage the full session content lifecycle from call-for-abstracts to final presentation delivery.
• Partner with internal and external speakers to refine narratives and ensure brand alignment.
• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain content calendars and tracking systems to support planning and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure all attendee-facing content reflects brand voice and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, content marketing, or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex content operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and at scale.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
