Events Marketing Manager (LegalTech): Architecting and executing the US events and community strategy for a high-growth AI-native legal firm with an accent on brand positioning and relationship-building. Location: Must be based in New York City - On-site 5 days per week
Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 + equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of US events, from intimate roundtables to flagship moments.
- Build and nurture a community of lawyers, legal operators, founders, and investors.
- Identify opportunities that support business development and M&A pipeline goals.
- Partner with the UK brand team to ensure US activity aligns with global brand strategy.
- Manage budgets, vendors, venues, and external partners with high attention to detail.
- Develop relationships with industry bodies, law firms, and media to expand market footprint.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
- Proven experience building an events or community function from the ground up, ideally in high-growth tech.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to tie event outcomes to business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define structure where none exists.
- Sharp instinct for brand and experience design.
Nice to have
- Experience in or exposure to the legal industry.
- Understanding of how lawyers think and what earns their trust.
