What you will do

• Own the operational planning and execution of all sponsor deliverables and activations.
• Manage event registration platforms, including system configuration, ticket structures, and attendee data.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sponsors to ensure benefits are fulfilled on schedule.
• Design and maintain scalable processes for booth logistics, asset collection, and on-site requirements.
• Track and report on sponsorship revenue fulfillment and registration KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Lead on-site registration operations and check-in workflows for large-scale events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or commercial event operations.
• Hands-on experience managing event registration systems like Cvent or Bizzabo.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong operational mindset with experience managing complex timelines and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships teams.
