What you will do

• Perform architecture, solution, and implementation consulting for healthcare, SMEs, and the public sector.
• Advise customers on mapping cloud-based HCM/FI processes and creating target/actual concepts.
• Conduct requirements and feasibility analyses, including quotation calculations and customer presentations.
• Develop, conceive, and design modern architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer focusing on SAP HCM/FI.
• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable training.
• Specific knowledge in SAP HCM/FI and S/4HANA development processes.
• Experience in SAP application management or S/4HANA implementation (brownfield/greenfield).
• English: B2 required
• German: C1 required (or communicative with willingness to learn)
