What you will do

• Lead technical analysis, solution design, customizing, and migration within complex S/4HANA projects.
• Develop concepts and methodologies for controlling, standardizing, and optimizing business processes.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio and take on partial project management responsibilities.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO).
• Participate in bid teams to create and quality-assure business proposals to secure new business.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO.
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations (1-3 end-to-end projects completed).
• Proven experience leading project teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage scope and delivery quality.
• English: B2+ required
• German: B2+ required (or communicative with willingness to learn)
