SAP CX Consultant (SAP Commerce Cloud): Consulting on SAP Commerce Cloud implementations, customizations, and optimizations with an accent on designing and integrating complex CX solutions. Location: Hybrid role with remote work and required presence in Warsaw HQ approximately once per quarter.

What you will do
- Consult on SAP Commerce Cloud implementation, customization, and optimization.
- Design, configure, and integrate SAP CX solutions for business needs.
- Conduct process modeling and create detailed solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, system enhancements, and upgrades.
Requirements
- German: C1 level required.
- English: B2 level required.
- Proven experience in SAP Commerce Cloud projects from analysis to go-live.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP CX environments.
- Experience with Sales Cloud V1, Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud, or C4C.
- Ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys or Customer Data Cloud/Platform.
- Understanding of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce strategies.
