What you will do

• Own end-to-end global GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and launch orchestration.
• Translate complex products (derivatives, on-chain mechanics, stablecoins) into clear value propositions and narratives.
• Synthesize user research, market trends, and data to influence product development and growth.
• Build and transform the global PMM function by hiring, developing, and retaining top marketing talent.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launches across Product, Growth, Brand, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Implement an AI-native operating model to scale research, content creation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing, GTM, or growth marketing, with at least 3 years of people leadership.
• Proven track record of launching consumer products used by millions of users.
• Working knowledge of crypto/Web3 or fintech and understanding of regulatory complexity.
• Fluent in English; Bilingual English/Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• AI-native operator who aggressively uses AI tools to 10x productivity and output.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in blockchain, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, payments, or trading.
• Experience building a PMM function from the ground up.
• Experience collaborating with Legal and Compliance in highly regulated industries.
