Salary: PLN 33,000–36,600 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland only).

What you will do

• Co-manage a global team of 25+ PMMs, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead narrative development and creative standards for major campaigns and high-visibility product launches.
• Drive GTM incubation for ambitious zero-to-one initiatives.
• Review and approve GTM strategies, value propositions, and campaign messaging.
• Partner with Product leadership as a strategic advisor to provide data-backed insights.
• Scale global expansion launch processes and coordinate cross-functionally with Compliance and Risk teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or consumer marketing within a hyper-growth global tech company.
• Proven track record of delivering disruptive, creative work and pushing agencies/in-house studios.
• Commercially-driven mindset with demonstrated impact on P&L, GPPU, NAPs, and CAC.
• Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, practical actions.
• Proven success aligning commercial, creative, and operational priorities across cross-functional teams.
