Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Lead the development of value proposition decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, and RFP content frameworks.
- Translate complex product capabilities and market insights into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with clients.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to embed content into live opportunities and customer conversations.
- Manage and optimize the content ecosystem within Highspot or similar enablement platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure narrative consistency globally.
- Analyze content engagement metrics and field feedback to make data-driven recommendations for strategy improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, or Commercial Enablement.
- Demonstrated success in creating sales-facing content that drives business impact.
- Outstanding storytelling, messaging, and content development skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to adhere to the hybrid work policy (2 days/week in office).
- English: High proficiency required for applications and global collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Industry experience in Financial services, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Experience supporting global commercial organizations and enterprise sales processes.
