What you will do
- Customize and maintain the Salesforce platform using Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Provide daily end-user support, troubleshooting, and user management across roles and profiles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and implement optimized system requirements.
- Manage data hygiene, environment maintenance, and release management via sandboxes.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
Requirements
- 1β3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in declarative development, specifically Salesforce Flows and Lightning App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Security Model and data management tools like Data Loader.
- Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits).
Nice to have
- Experience with CPQ or Quote-to-Cash processes in a SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
