What you will do

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure data security and governance.
• Configure and maintain automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Execute data management tasks, including imports, deduplication, and quality checks.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Admin Certification.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, or DevOps tools like Gearset and Copado.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with data management best practices.
