What you will do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Configure security settings including Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, roles, and sharing rules.
• Build reports, dashboards, and BI solutions for operational management reporting.
• Manage data migrations and updates using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
• Enhance business processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and produce technical design documentation.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and configuring Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration (user management, object customization, page layouts).
• Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets or ANT Migration Tool.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, or Aura Components.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I).
• Prior experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.
