What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic customers and value streams, managing the full program lifecycle.
• Oversee the full Agile software development lifecycle to ensure effective execution of each stage.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Global Sales to coordinate product delivery.
• Facilitate weekly program meetings to align priorities, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Define and drive the adoption of new processes, procedures, and KPIs based on continuous feedback.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve ongoing issues through proactive mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Release Manager.
• Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Must be located in Netanya, Israel.
