What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of AI initiatives from initial concept through operational adoption.
• Define and manage project roadmaps, planning, resources, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and compliance functions.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to implement proactive corrective actions.
• Establish and optimize Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in line with corporate standards.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business impact and return on investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital projects/programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Conceptual understanding of AI/ML solutions applied to business challenges.
• Advanced English proficiency required for an international business environment.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, finance, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise data workflows.
