TL;DR
Senior Technical Program Manager (AI): Driving complex, cross-functional engineering projects from inception to delivery with an accent on AI-native workflows and agentic automation. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional engineering projects from brainstorming to post-launch.
- Design and supervise agentic workflows to automate status collection, risk surfacing, and dependency tracking.
- Build AI-assisted program workflows to reduce coordination overhead and improve visibility.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Map and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment.
- Track key engineering performance metrics and communicate status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience.
- Proven track record of owning large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on experience building or managing agentic AI workflows.
- High proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge high-level strategy and technical details.
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
