What you will do

• Transform complex data into persuasive narratives and strategic recommendations for advertisers and internal stakeholders.
• Design and conduct mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify consumer trends.
• Develop "why Reddit" stories to support advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Reddit communities and internet culture within the German and EMEA media landscape.
• Represent Reddit at industry events and influence senior stakeholders through commercially relevant storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder-facing insights, strategy, or research within media owners, agencies, or platform organizations.
• Native or fully fluent proficiency in German and English is required.
• Expertise in mixed-methodology research, including ethnography, focus groups, survey design, and statistical analysis.
• Deep understanding of the German media and advertising landscape.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders from major German brands and media agencies.
