What you will do

• Perform in-depth competitor analysis of battery pack solutions across passenger, commercial, and construction sectors.
• Identify technically viable R&D directions and provide technical feasibility analyses to guide innovation.
• Lead benchmark testing to analyze performance, reliability, cost, and adaptability.
• Plan and design battery pack system architecture, including key technology selection and route formulation.
• Provide end-to-end technical support from requirements analysis to validation strategies.
• Collaborate with BMS, design, and validation teams to implement innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Vehicle, Electrochemistry, Mechanical, or Power Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in the power battery industry.
• Proven track record in battery solution design and electrification projects for commercial vehicles or construction machinery.
• Proficiency in battery pack architecture, thermal management, and core BMS logic.
• Strong capabilities in competitor analysis, cost analysis, and technical assessment.
• Knowledge of international standards including ISO 26262, IEC 62660, and UN 38.3.
