Salary: $120,000 - $136,000

What you will do

• Consult enterprise clients on mapping and executing AI capabilities and training them on prompt engineering best practices.
• Lead onboarding and deployment engagements to ensure successful adoption of Asana workflows for enterprise customers.
• Facilitate the change management process through customer office hours, executive reviews, and progress meetings.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the product team to communicate trends, insights, and product feedback.
• Analyze services offerings and engagements to drive continuous enhancement of the deployment program.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience from pre-sales through transition.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles, ideally within a consulting firm.
• Proven experience managing complex projects for enterprise-scale customers.
• Strong aptitude for AI consultation, including addressing data governance and user adoption friction.
• Ability to build high-trust relationships with diverse stakeholders using courage and candor.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL to adhere to an office-centric hybrid schedule.
