What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with strategic plan.
• Partner with AI leadership to support scalable, secure AI adoption via infrastructure and governance.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, end-user computing, and IT operations.
• Lead enterprise architecture, technology governance, and integration standards.
• Manage budgeting, vendor partnerships, and cost-effective technology investments.
• Build high-performing technology team and foster culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, data governance, and cloud technologies.
• Experience enabling digital transformation, data modernization, and emerging tech adoption.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA or related).
• Experience implementing advanced analytics programs.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or research organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, UKG, and enterprise analytics.
