What you will do
- Lead technology strategy and roadmap development for Sales, Partner, and Customer Experience systems.
- Manage the delivery execution for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
- Lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and QA resources.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and operational excellence while reducing technical debt.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations stakeholders to translate business priorities into technology solutions.
- Oversee platform reliability, incident management, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise Business Applications or Business Technology teams.
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce-based platforms and enterprise CRM solutions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Sales, CRM, CPQ, Partner Management, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI capabilities like Salesforce Agentforce.
