Salary: $405,000 - $485,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the Agent Runtime Platform.
• Manage day-to-day team execution and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and ship runtime platform tooling while remaining hands-on with the technology.
• Partner with security teams to define and implement sandboxing, isolation, and credential management at scale.
• Oversee infrastructure scalability, capacity planning, and operational excellence across cloud providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the deployment and scaling of AI agents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale platforms or distributed systems.
• 1+ years of management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with container or VM orchestration at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support internal partners.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco or Seattle offices at least 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with harness engineering.
• Background in building security-sensitive infrastructure.
• Experience with capacity planning across multiple cloud providers.
• Track record of working closely with researchers and functional roles.
