What you will do

• Architect and execute the technical GTM strategy for the entire European Azure business.
• Scale a multi-country organization of elite cloud architects and set standards for presales excellence.
• Act as the senior strategic partner to Microsoft's Azure leadership (STU and CSU) in Europe to deepen executive alignment.
• Shape competitive plays and articulate the "Why hirify.global on Azure" value proposition to strategic enterprise customers.
• Lead high-value complex deals based on business outcomes and strategic value rather than just features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical presales, solutions architecture, or cloud infrastructure leadership.
• 5+ years in senior people leadership roles, specifically as a Manager of Managers or at the Director level.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, enterprise storage, and data platforms.
• Proven track record of selling into large enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across Europe and occasionally globally.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hirify.global ONTAP, ANF, or CVO.
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft co-sell motions.
• Azure and cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams in Europe.
