What you will do
- Design end-to-end lifecycle engagement journeys in collaboration with regional leads to optimize for local market nuances.
- Lead the strategy and operational health for email, push, and in-app messaging channels to deliver personalized engagement.
- Transform high-level lifecycle strategies into high-performing programs that drive measurable gains in conversion and retention.
- Own E2E growth metrics for assigned regions, using quantitative analysis to identify high-impact experimentation opportunities.
- Initiate and lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap to uncover local growth levers and scale them into global frameworks.
- Champion a customer-first messaging philosophy to deliver compelling content and reduce friction throughout the user journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading customer lifecycle growth initiatives or equivalent experience in top-tier strategy/management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign and behavioral data and develop data-backed recommendations.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing lifecycle/CRM programs that drive customer activation and retention.
- Proven experience running A/B tests and applying structured experimentation to improve performance.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS.
- Background working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's.
- Proficiency with SQL or extensive experience collaborating with data teams.
