What you will do

• Conceptualize and produce audience-relevant marketing content, including infographics, video, and multimedia assets.
• Own and manage regional digital channels such as newsletters (Hubspot), WhatsApp Business, and social media to increase lead generation.
• Support OU country teams with event coordination, booth designs, and the localization of regional messaging.
• Maintain CRM database accuracy and generate performance reports to track pipeline opportunities and campaign ROI.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of flagship industry events and exhibitions, such as VIV Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant marketing communication experience.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Proven experience in multi-format content creation and digital channel management.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build analytics dashboards and report ROI.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting APAC trade shows or regional industry events.
