What you will do

  • Support execution and logistics for customer marketing programs across advocacy, communications, and community initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of customer webinars, including platform setup, speaker logistics, run-of-show, dry runs, attendee communications, and follow-up.
  • Maintain database hygiene across customer marketing platforms to keep contact records, advocate profiles, and program activity accurate.
  • Support reporting and analytics by pulling data, building dashboards, and delivering updates on program performance and pipeline influence.
  • Manage content routing and approvals workflows for customer-facing materials such as case studies and testimonials.
  • Provide operational support for advocacy and community programs, including advisory board logistics, speaker programs, VIP events, and customer hub activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer success operations, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience coordinating webinars or virtual events, including platform management.
  • Comfort working with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) for data management and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across teams and with external customer contacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
