What you will do

• Formulate and execute global strategies to scale performance-driven affiliate networks while maintaining profitability.
• Audit and optimize commission structures, payouts, and partner funnels to maximize ROAS and LTV.
• Manage enterprise affiliate platforms like Impact Radius to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
• Bridge performance marketing with influencer networks to turn community reach into revenue streams.
• Negotiate high-impact partnerships with macro-creators, gaming networks, and talent agencies.
• Collaborate with product marketing and e-commerce teams to align affiliate channels with hardware launches.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in global affiliate networks, performance partnerships, or creator monetization.
• 2-3 years of experience in team management, mentoring, and driving accountability.
• Power-user fluency with enterprise affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten LinkShare, or CJ.
• Deep understanding of the global gaming landscape, streamer ecosystem, and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic business recommendations.
• Proven negotiation skills for securing financial terms with global content networks and agencies.
