What you will do

• Act as the primary benefits contact for a portfolio of small group employer clients.
• Manage the full renewal process from needs assessment and plan evaluation to enrollment support.
• Recommend optimal coverage options, including dental, vision, life, disability, and HSA/FSA.
• Provide clear and approachable guidance on health insurance concepts via phone and email.
• Maintain high service standards and meet SLAs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Active Life and Health Producer License.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and ensuring strong retention.
• Ability to simplify complex benefits concepts for clients.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and adapts well to change.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically in health insurance or benefits administration.
