What you will do

• Design top-tier financial products and take ownership of performance metrics.
• Manage a team of analysts and establish effective team processes.
• Derive actionable insights through in-depth research and data analysis.
• Build informative reports, interactive dashboards, and monitoring systems.
• Optimize customer journey mapping (CJM) and conversion funnels.
• Perform cost analysis and test hypotheses for process improvement.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top university.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• Ability to translate business objectives into analytical tasks.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for international collaboration.
