What you will do
- Drive growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships with key merchants in Germany.
- Identify commercial opportunities and translate complex data into clear value propositions.
- Lead high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions.
- Turn insights into actionable improvements that support long-term, sustainable growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, Account Management, or a similar commercial position.
- Experience from a consulting company, fintech, and/or e-commerce environment, with exposure to complex business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to sell complex ideas in a clear and compelling way to senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading strategic conversations with executive audiences.
- Structured thinker with the ability to connect insights across data, market context, and partner needs.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of payments, financial services, or digital commerce ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating closely with analytics or data teams on commercial decision-making.
- International experience or exposure to cross-market stakeholder management.
