Agile Leader: Leading and supporting software development teams in delivering continuous value with an accent on Agile methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement. Focus on coaching teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and applying a data-driven approach to team performance.

Location: This is an in-person position. Remote work is not an option.

Salary: $108,000 - $172,800

What you will do

• Lead and coach software development teams, empowering them to become self-organized and high-performing.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and guiding the implementation of changes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
• Actively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics to drive actionable improvements in team performance and efficiency.
• Champion Agile best practices across teams and the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or global equivalent in a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment or a related field.
• Subject matter expert in scrum, kanban, and lean principles.
• Experience working and coaching in an agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
