What you will do

• Manage architecture solutions and designs for digital initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Guide cross-functional teams in project execution using software engineering knowledge.
• Define project scope, success indicators, and manage dependencies using Agile methodology.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and implementation of complex digital projects.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, track project costs, and monitor progress via variance reports.
• Identify critical issues and generate status reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Product Owner, or Software Engineer.
• Must be based in Peoria, IL or willing to work on-site 2 days/week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies with relevant certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and roadmap management.
