What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Work with Customer Success, taking ownership of client relationships from pilots to full-firm adoption.
• Be the voice of the user inside Legora, sharing insights that inform product development and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training that bring the power of the platform to life.
• Document best practices and help shape how Legora grows this function globally.
• Help clients navigate the shift in how the legal business operates, evaluating the ROI and impact of AI.

Requirements

• Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
• Are tech-curious and product-savvy, especially around generative AI and technology implementation.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity.
• Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a result of new technologies.
• Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships.
