What you will do

• Collaborate with Designers, Producers, Artists, and the Audio team to realize and surpass our vision of the game.
• Support Art and Gameplay features and create sustainable workflows.
• Understand and articulate the trade-offs between technical & design choices, and solve for the best player experience.
• Work with production staff and other leads to establish engineering tasks and subsequent schedule requirements across multiple disciplines of programming and technology.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Experience with proprietary game engines.
• Familiarity with PC and Console development best practices.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical developers.
• Experience in data-oriented design.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Previous leadership/mentorship experience, or leadership interest and potential.
• Passion for real-time strategy and/or roleplaying games.
